We are evolving our dealership management structure and are looking for a team member that has strong bookkeeping / accounting skills and is experienced in dealership accounting, operations and office management that can make a unique contribution to our team. This position is an onsite position that reports to our Accounting Manager and will be an important coordinator of our accounting functions, systems and departmental support. To be successful, you will need to be detailed oriented, have solid problem solving skills, exceptional communication skills and a dedicated service attitude. The scope of this role includes administrative, accounting, systems processing, vendor and customer communication and assistance to department managers along with possible special project assignments.
Responsibilities
- Accounting/Bookkeeping assignments
- Expense coding, management, reporting
- Deal summary preparation
- Commissions preparation
- Vendor payment management
- In-bound Mail processing
Must Have
- Accounting Training (2+ years) or Bachelors or Associates Degree in Accounting
- Dealership Accounting Experience
(2+ years of accounting) - English Proficient
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Team spirit
Nice to have
- Office Management Experience
- Any other Dealership departmental experience (Boat, RV, Power-sports, Auto, etc.)
- Aviation Interest or related experience
- Strong analytical skills
- HR related experience
- Broad DSM system experience
